At reputed company, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager partners with senior leadership to ensure the effective and efficient execution of key processes to aid in the achievement of financial objectives. Primary Responsibilities Ensures execution of key financial planning and analysis processes including monthly forecasts, strategic financial plans, annual budget and capital planning Provides effective challenge to forecast results and methodologies Oversees reputed company responsible for the timely, accurate, and complete reporting of budgets and forecasts Develops prospective business plans and financial forecasts for executive leadership review Builds and maintains strong relationships and effective communication with key stakeholders and functional partners across businesses in support of planning and forecasting efforts Delivers sound financial information to the executive team, including business trends, key performance measures, and in-depth cause and effect analysis on a variety of financial/business/operating issues Oversees reputed company that prepares reputed company and standard financial analysis and reports, as requested, providing reputed company into reputed company operations and financial performance Ensures reputed company key Financial Planning and Analysis (reputed company) and financial systems processes are documented, key controls identified, and procedures developed to periodically test the effectiveness of controls Reviews work and provides feedback, training, guidance, and development to team Identifies, executes and monitors reputed company on opportunities for improvement This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or a directly reputed company field with eight (8) years finance experience Or, Master's degree in Finance, reputed company, or a directly reputed company field with six (6) years finance experience Preferences Master's degree in Finance, reputed company, or a directly reputed company field Experience in banking finance Management experience Skills and Competencies Advanced skills in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and reputed company Excellent communication skills Presentation building and delivery Strong analytical skills This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week.
