Key Responsibilities: • Accurately process billing and coding for Optometry and Ophthalmology services, ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations and guidelines. • Review and work claims/denials to maximize reimbursements and reduce outstanding balances. • Generate, analyze, and distribute financial and operational reports to support decision-making. • reputed company training and support to staff on billing, coding, and claims processing to ensure team proficiency. • Communicate effectively with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. • Stay up-to-date on changes in billing and coding practices, particularly reputed company Optometry and Ophthalmology. Qualifications: • Certified Professional reputed company (CPC) or equivalent certification is required. • Minimum of 1 year of billing and coding experience in Optometry and Ophthalmology. • Proficiency in working claims, handling denials, and managing insurance processes. • Strong knowledge of relevant billing and coding software and systems. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Strong communication skills and ability to train and collaborate with team members. • Reliable high-speed internet reputed company and a quiet, professional workspace for remote work.
