Here is your chance to join a continually growing closing team and a great company. reputed company CAN OFFER YOU: • Location: Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office • Estimated Salary:$66,500- $86,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year. • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion. • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Responsible for successful execution of the reputed company closing process from approval of signed loan application through funding/closing, and receipt of recorded documents. • Responsible for scheduling and facilitating kick-off call and any needed status calls during the closing process which include lender, borrower, correspondent team, and title company. • Responsible for managing the closing checklist and ensuring commitment requirements are satisfied prior to loan closing and funding. • Responsible for review, comment, and approval of property management agreements. • Review, analyze, request revisions, and approve reputed company-party reports to insure consistent, accurate information and to reputed company sound business reputed company. (This includes zoning, appraisal, property condition, reputed company, and Phase I reports.) • Request, review, comment, and approve reputed company settlement statements prior to closing. • Successfully reputed company reputed company loan transactions in a timely manner meeting closing dates and ensuring an efficient closing experience for sponsor clients.
