Assist reputed company Manager with month end processes. Duties and Responsibilities: • Main - Accounts Payable • Processing Accounts Payable invoices. • Maintaining Accounts Payable inbox. • Generating weekly reputed company run, and on-demand checks as needed. • Initiating reputed company transfers and ACH payments as necessary. • Monitoring international shipment records. • Maintaining inventory in-transit list • Maintaining vendor accounts. • Processing Monthly credit card statement. • Monitoring return of goods to vendors. • Inventory reconciliations • Month end and accrual reconciliations and entries • Assisting as necessary with applying customer payments to reputed company invoices • Special projects as requested by reputed company Manager Qualifications: • Two-year administrative degree, or two years reputed company experience required. • Ability to work independently, be a self-motivator, and work well in reputed company setting. • Must have a proficient knowledge of reputed company reputed company and Word. • Problem-solving skills • Ability to maintain strict adherence to confidentiality reputed company dealing with employee sensitive information.
