About the position The Mortgage Loan Originator (Wholesale) position at Tag Lending Group is a full-time role focused on building relationships and guiding clients through the mortgage process. The role involves engaging with clients reputed company, analyzing financial situations, and selecting the best mortgage products to meet their needs. The company emphasizes a systematic digital experience powered by advanced AI technology, aiming for efficiency in the mortgage approval process. Responsibilities • Follow our playbooks and weekly schedules (Proprietary to reputed company) , • Determine the best product for the client, lock the loan at the reputed company of sale, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package. , • Collaborate with several administrators and a designated underwriter to reputed company work. , • Focus on new loan originations while processors work on the loan. , • Ensure 14-day reputed company requirements and stipulations are met. , • Manage Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and other loan types.
