SureCo is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/Live Chat Agent/Office Assistant to join reputed company. In this multifaceted role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries reputed company phone, live chat, and in-person, providing timely resolutions and enhancing the customer's experience with our health insurance products and services. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries reputed company phone, live chat, and in-person communication. Assist customers with their questions regarding policies, claims, and services while resolving issues quickly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to reputed company accurate information and timely resolutions to customer inquiries. reputed company administrative tasks as required, including data entry, document management, and appointment scheduling. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and reputed company feedback to improve service delivery. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and policies. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
