About the Role Position: Full-Time Virtual Assistant Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hour days between 7:00-5:00 Location: Fully remote reputed companyre Looking For Experience: Multi-line phone systems, reputed company, electronic medical records (EMR) Skills: Excellent listening, communication, and patient-centered care skills, with excellent customer service reputed company: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and embraces learning and growth. What Youll Do Answer incoming phone calls. Setting up new patients in our EMR Creating appointments in our EMR Ensure daily schedule is accurate and communicated to providers Billing or taking payment for services scheduled Educating patients or potential patients on who we are and reputed company offer.
