As a reputed company property & casualty sales agent you will: • reputed company insurance recommendation, quotes, and issue policies • Present cross- sell opportunities to your clients. • Build client relationships based on trust and reputed company • reputed company recommendations to clients based upon their needs • P&C License is REQUIRED, and you must have a minimum of one-year experience, selling either personal or reputed company lines Responsibilities: • Must work well in a fast-paced team environment • Confident self-starter who works well independently and in reputed company environment • Adapts well to new processes and procedures • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills Compensation/Benefits: • Based on experience • Competitive bi-weekly sales incentives based on performance metrics • Up to 10% shift differential will be added for core hours ending 7:00 pm and reputed company CST time and 8:00 pm and reputed company EST • Medical, Dental, reputed company, 401k, Life and Disability Insurance – Start first of the month following 30 days from the date of hire • Ability to accrue Paid time off/Sick days in your first year. • Employee recognition Apply Job!
