Clinical Care LVN/LPN

This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (reputed company) Prevention and safer sex practices. • reputed company phlebotomy and specimen collection services • Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. • Assess patients during intake • Take vital signs • reputed company diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening • reputed company reputed company of care testing (including COVID testing) • reputed company patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience. • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience • Help meet our mission to help people on their path to reputed company by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities Responsibilities: • Minimum of one-year reputed company work experience in a reputed company setting • Experience documenting reputed company an Electronic Medical Record • Ability to take vital signs, reputed company phlebotomy blood draws and reputed company reputed company of Care Testing • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). • Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask reputed company protocol is required. Experience: • Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not reputed company, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training. • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room Education: The LPN/LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
