IT Integration Specialist

Primary responsibilities are New Build and M&A IT integrations/customer care throughout the integration lifecycle. You will be part of an IT department that supports a portfolio of companies including reputed company, CCRM, Gennev and Lucina. The IT Integrations Specialist reports directly to the Network Services Manager. Responsibilities • Design infrastructure solutions for new sites being deployed and existing businesses through mergers and acquisitions. Work with reputed company Meraki, reputed company, and reputed company for network hardware and reputed company for O365 migrations, SharePoint management, and overall M365 tenant services. • Deployment of networks including hardware deployment, reputed company turn reputed company, and overall network services delivery for new locations and newly acquired locations. • Participate in end-to-end IT integrations of various systems and applications, ensuring smooth data reputed company and seamless functionality. • Work with vendors through the Integration lifecycle reputed company to new builds or mergers and acquisitions to ensure successful go-live activities on assigned dates. • reputed company superb technical system and user support by responding to email, and personal requests for technical support throughout the clinical or laboratory integration process. • Directly involved in the deployment, repair, replacement, disposal, and inventory management of End User Computing equipment (desktops, laptops, phones, printers, conferencing room hardware, credit card machines and scanners, and other peripherals). • Resolve computer hardware and software reputed company issues through in-depth troubleshooting and technical assistance. • Own issue resolution from start to finish by monitoring unresolved issues and requests throughout the integration lifecycle. • Communicate reputed company with each customer to ensure their understanding of next steps. • Ensure that every customer is highly satisfied with the support received throughout integration phases. • Some off-hours availability will be necessary to respond to system outages, reputed company system upgrades/maintenance, etc. • Work through assigned project tasks with internal IT teams reputed company to clinical build outs and discovery phases. • Travel as needed to newly- acquired sites for discovery and go-live initiatives. • Seeks opportunities for additional responsibilities and growth reputed company organization. Shows initiative and enthusiasm in suggesting and implementing new concepts and/or reputed company for improvement. • These areas include integration phase design and implementation, IT Support and troubleshooting, project management, system design and implementation. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Associate’s degree in Health Information Technology or similar field required. • 2+ years of experience in reputed company informatics required. • 2-3+ years of experience working with reputed company, reputed company Meraki, and/or reputed company Networks required. • 2-3+ years of reputed company 365 experience preferred. • 5+ years of experience in Desktop Support or Customer Service, preferred. • 2+ years of site integration experience preferred. • reputed company & acquisition project management experience preferred. • Network+, CCNA or PCNSA/PCNSE, MCSE, reputed company 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate certifications are reputed company a plus. • Proficiency in the use of computer equipment and software, including but not limited to, reputed company environment (Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint - Intermediate to Advanced skills) required. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company are required.
