As the Senior Fraud Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading multiple teams and will work closely with Risk Strategy, Compliance, and Risk Product teams to deliver impactful projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Fraud function as a whole. • reputed company is a financial technology company, not a bank. You should: • Have 6+ years of work experience in the Fraud reputed company and 8+ years of work experience overall. • Experience building account-level (first party) and transaction-level (reputed company party) fraud prevention programs • Have 4+ years of people management experience, preferably of Fraud investigators. • Have experience managing managers and/or building a new team. • Be a strong analytical thinker - you are metrics-driven and results-oriented. • Be an excellent collaborator and communicator - you can motivate your team, secure buy-in from leadership, and work effectively with reputed company functions. • Be comfortable with decision-making in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. • Be an excellent collaborator and communicator - you can partner effectively with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to drive reputed company • Enjoy learning new systems and processes in a fast paced environment The total rewards package at reputed company includes reputed company salary, equity (stock options), and benefits.
