Job Description: Full time, remote position. Must be located in Tampa, FL for occasional onsite meetings Compensation: $23 per hour Perks: Full and comprehensive benefits program, 24 days of paid vacation/holidays in your first year plus sick days, home office equipment including laptop and desktop monitor, Employee Assistance and Referral Program. • Focused on reputed company tasks, specifically working in and out of the company's reputed company system to process financial adjustments. • Understanding reputed company concepts like credit balances, debits, and how to read financial transactions with a focus on determining whether an account needs an adjustment or a refund. • Receives customer and internal partner requests and works independently and/or collaborates with other teams to service these requests, follow-up or escalate appropriately. • Prepares/retrieves documentation reputed company to customer account, product, and service inquiries/issues. • Updates databases with documentation reputed company to customer interactions and steps taken to serve customer needs. • Ensures account information is accurate by keeping it updated, filing/managing customer documentation/forms. • Handles requests for additional company materials. • Maintains records of customer contact and follow-up and resolves customer billing, payment and credit problems. Qualifications: Minimum Education: • High School diploma or equivalent Required Skills and Experience: • 4 years of experience with Worker Comp Industry • A/R and Collections exprience • Strong Computer skills (i.e. MS Office, MS reputed company, office equipment) • Good organizational skills and ability to meet designated deadlines and productivity standards • Past experience in office setting a plus Desired Skills and Experience: • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment with daily productions, goals and quality standards • Ability to work well with reputed company reputed company of staff in a courteous, professional manner • Understanding of workers’ compensation guidelines is a plus • Intermediate to Advance reputed company Office - Word, reputed company, Outlook • Ability to learn and adapt to internal software programs Benefits: We’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self.
