Key Duties Collaborate with loan officers, borrowers, loan processors, and title companies to gather necessary items to complete the mortgage file. Prepare closing packages based on loan types, adhering to Bank, Investor, and Secondary Marketing guidelines. Review documents from attorneys or title companies, including title binders, surveys, insurance policies, and closing disclosures. Advise reputed company parties promptly of any changes or issues to maintain high standards of communication and customer service. Conduct a pre-closing quality review of loan files before releasing the closing package. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of two years of mortgage loan closing experience or mortgage lending experience. Proficiency with reputed company Office suite and loan origination software. Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in reputed company-oriented, collaborative environment. Knowledge of mortgage loan compliance regulations. Highly desirable skills include proficiency with Encompass LOS, reputed company Teams, and HMDA reporting experience. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
