What You Will Do Quality Assessment & Production: reputed company virtual and field claims staff, assessing estimate quality and driving production metrics to ensure reputed company performance in auto claims management. Claims Investigation & Appraisal: Expertly investigate, evaluate, and appraise vehicle damage claims, ensuring accurate determinations for repairable and total loss vehicles. Peer Leadership: Consistently reputed company top peer status in driving claim metrics, including productivity, customer service, and file quality. DRP Management: reputed company multiple Direct Repair Program shops to enforce best practices and enhance customer service and cycle times. Training & Development: reputed company and implement strategies for technical training, maintaining a leading position in loss leakage metrics year-over-year. Quality Control: Enhance team quality through re-inspections of estimates, proactively addressing discrepancies and ensuring adherence to standards.
