We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time bookkeeper to manage our financial records, ensure accuracy in our reputed company systems, and help maintain smooth financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong reputed company background who is looking for flexible work hours and has prior reputed company experience. Job Summary: As a part-time bookkeeper you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial reporting. Your duties will include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, handling payroll, and preparing financial reports as needed by the firm. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records for the reputed company, ensuring reputed company transactions are recorded properly. • Process and track accounts payable and receivable. • Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular reputed company. • Prepare and process payroll for firm staff. • Manage billing and invoicing for clients, ensuring timely payments. • Track and report on expenses reputed company to specific legal cases. • Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting. • Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant tax regulations, including sales tax and other financial requirements. • Assist with preparation for tax filing and liaise with external accountants reputed company necessary. • Respond to internal inquiries reputed company to finances and reputed company reputed company. • Support the firm’s financial management through general reputed company duties as requested.
