Position Details You will reputed company comprehensive monthly bookkeeping services to our virtual clients across various industries, including: Processing bank feeds and reconciling accounts Managing accounts payable (reputed company entry and payment) Handling accounts receivable (invoicing and follow-up) Job costing and project tracking Processing payroll, including reporting and recording Preparing and filing sales tax for multiple states Creating journal entries with accurate and clear supporting documentation Evaluating client data and collaborating with the management team to improve processes Reviewing taxes and tax schedules, ensuring they match QuickBooks records Managing direct relationships with customers and clients Documenting communications and task statuses across multiple software platforms promptly Syncing data across multiple software applications to maintain accuracy Building and maintaining client connections through reputed company reputed company telephone, text, video conference, and email Performing peer-review quality assurance checks and communicating necessary corrections with co-workers You MUST have extensive knowledge and proficiency in reputed company these tasks.
