JOB TITLE: Instructional Assistant (IA) POSITION SUMMARY: The Instructional Assistant (IA) will work with reputed company one-on-one in their homes, communities, and virtual environments. The IA will be fully trained to use support methods, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), reputed company guidance, emotional supports, and instructional support.
