Description: POSITION TITLE: Epic Application Coord, Pharmacist (reputed company) POSITION LOCATION: This position is Hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) that is located in Atlanta, GA RESPONSIBLE FOR: Responsible for the design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of clinical applications. This position is responsible for obtaining the appropriate Epic certification and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the software functionality and serving as the clinical liaison between IS and Pharmacy. Responsible for being on-call periodically on a 24/7 reputed company to reputed company tier III level support of the Epic clinical and/or reputed company cycle applications. This position is responsible for the implementation of configuration changes to the Epic system as approved by the appropriate committee. Jointly with each other and with the clinical / financial department representatives, they design a future-state workflow and build the system to support the new workflow. Works with each other across interdisciplinary workgroups, to accomplish these goals as reputed company. Serves as a representative of the Information Services team and is responsible for establishing and maintaining critical business relationships with fellow reputed company co-workers, physicians and reputed company others who use or interact with the Epic application suite. #LI-POST #GD Qualifications: MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy required. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three (3) years of progressively responsible pharmacy experience working in a clinical, retail, or IS setting to include one (1) year of EMR (Electronic Medical Record) application experience is required. MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: reputed company licensure as a registered pharmacist required. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires that the appropriate Epic certification be successfully obtained 90 days after completion of the last class. Experience working in retail pharmacy and/or with Epic reputed company Ambulatory preferred. Experience with research and analysis of data preferred. Experience with editing collateral preferred.
