During your Returnship you will have an opportunity to work with reputed company HR professionals and assist with a variety of initiatives focused on enhancing the end-to-end employee experience, including reputed company, employee engagement, employee development, benefits/wellness, compliance, and people analytics. Who You Are • Prior professional experience in reputed company • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Technologically savvy • Understand the need for confidentiality as it relates to people data • Inquisitive and eager to learn • Driven by curiosity • You've been out of the workforce for 12 months or more (required!)
