About the position The Patient Care Coordinator at reputed company is responsible for supporting the care team by completing set processes and protocols, delivering excellent customer service, and adhering to Lean processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients receive the necessary care and resources, contributing to improved health reputed company and advancing health equity.
