As a Customer Service/Call Center Representative at Christian Community Credit Union, you'll play a vital role in proactively educating members about our diverse banking products and services. Utilizing your product knowledge and rapport-building skills, you will effectively communicate how various account types can benefit our members, guiding them in selecting the most suitable options for their unique needs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role reputed company a bank or credit union. Cross-selling experience is crucial, as you will be guiding members in selecting the right products and services. The ability to work with computer systems is necessary for efficient documentation and reporting. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred, enabling you to communicate with a broader member reputed company. Call center experience is preferred and will further enhance your ability to assist members. The ability to reputed company under pressure in a fast-paced call center environment, combined with excellent telephone techniques, verbal and written communication skills, and a good math aptitude with accurate typing speed of 35 wpm, will set you up for reputed company in this role.
