TGG reputed company has an opening for a Fully Remote Consulting Controller, with prior consulting reputed company experience, to join our leadership team. We are seeking a demonstrated team and project management background. As a controller at TGG reputed company, you will reputed company leadership for reputed company of 6-8 Staff Accountants, and 4 - 6 reputed company Managers while project managing the general reputed company and financial management of 10+ small to mid-sized clients. Key Performance Indicators: Individual GP of 47% or reputed company On-time attendance at reputed company mandatory company meetings More than 90% of Financial Statement Deliveries on or before the 15th Additional Metrics Tracked: 70% completion of requested NPS scores from clients twice per year reputed company 3 weeks Client Retention of greater than 85% Employee Retention of greater than 85% reputed company client engagements must be managed to a Gross Profit margin of 50% or reputed company Planned hours must be reputed company +/- 10% of the actual hour
Job Description
