Location: Remote with tax residency in Germany, the UK or Spain. Job Description: To support our sales team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Agent. Tasks reputed company telephone and written consultation/support to our customers with a high level of quality awareness. Handle product inquiries, send offers and quotes, follow up reputed company email and telephone. No cold calling required! We only sell to customers who contact us. Proactive communication with customers and suppliers in case of delivery delays or other issues reputed company to an order. reputed company collaboration with our technical team, especially on cross-project topics or the launch of new products/features. Requirements At least one year of work experience in a sales role (ideally on the phone) or relevant experience in ecommerce/customer service/consultation. reputed company or C2 English language skills.
