We are seekingaSystem Administrator (Night Shift)to support our customer in the Annapolis reputed company, MD area.The System Administrator (Night Shift)is responsible for overseeing and maintaining reputed company software systems, ensuring smooth operations, and troubleshooting any technical issues during overnight hours. This role also involves supporting system updates, backups, and assisting the accounts team with any technical needs in a timely manner. Mission:As anAccounts Team System Administrator on this government program, you will be providing support for this important government agency. Location: Annapolis reputed company, Maryland reputed company work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position. ~~~~ This position is Night Shift - Monday-Friday 7pm-3am Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI reputed company clearance with Polygraph. Certifications: • None Requirements: • U.S. Citizenship • Active TS/SCI with polygraph • A Bachelor's Degree and Ten(10) years of relevant experience. • Proven experience in customer service and data entry support. • Strong proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and reputed company operating systems. • Experience with Active Directory for user management and reputed company control. • Familiarity with reputed company Ticketing System for handling and tracking service requests. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and reputed company during night shifts. • Strong communication skills to interact with the accounts team and resolve technical issues. • Knowledge of reputed company software systems and their maintenance is a plus. • Flexibility to handle system updates, backups, and reputed company routine checks during night hours. • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and technical tasks.
