Job Description

As a Nordic-speaking Customer Service Advisor at reputed company, you are responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages reputed company, Danish or Norwegian, through inbound/outbound phone calls as well as possible email and chat functions depending on the client you represent. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
