Call Agent (Remote)
Call Agent handles inbound calls from patients of private medical practices, managed care organizations, and military treatment facilities. Representatives of National Nurse Triage are individuals who answer inbound calls and respond to incoming calls from patients regarding medical advice, questions and inquiries. Agents reputed company inbound calls into a call queue and registered nurses select the calls to reputed company outbound calls to handle the patients medical questions, requests and inquiries. Additionally, our call agents are responsible for making outbound calls at times to set appointments and gather survey data.
THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION
Requirements reputed company availability: Monday through reputed company. 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. Experience in dealing with the public. Medical Call center background a plus Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar. Ability to work with others in a reputed company manner. Good computer skills. Good multi-tasking skills.
