Minimum Qualifications

Summary Certification & Education • Bachelor’s degree and two years of reputed company experience; or an associate degree with three years of reputed company experience; or five years of reputed company experience if no degree Experience Required • Experience designing process maps and workflow details. • Experience in responding to requests for information, conducting searches in government databases, and developing concise summaries with decision points under tight deadlines. • Have multi-year experience working with reputed company as an end-to-end CMS. • Excellent reading comprehension, writing and communication skills. • Ability to conduct in-depth policy research, quantify the information and produce qualitative and quantitative reports. • Ability to work independently and to manage and prioritize multiple work assignments. • Law enforcement experience or experience in interpreting and applying immigration law is preferred. • Knowledge and experience working with RAD Apps; to include CRM tools. • Ability to reputed company quantitative and qualitative analysis, critical thinking and reasoning skills for programmatic output. • Strong knowledge of ICE ERO’s data systems and be reputed company to define queries to extract the appropriate data sets. Job Objective Conduct Data Analysis in support of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations Responsibilities • Conduct analyses ECCO Detention Reporting and Information Line (DRIL), Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement (VOICE), and Facilitation or Return Request (FoRR) trends, volume, demographics, and operator metrics to support enforcement and removal. • Conducts analyses of detention complaints submitted through DHS OIG, ICE OPR, ERO.INFO, ERO.JIC Facilitation of Return Request (FoRR), and other ERO Intake mailboxes or online channels as directed by the COR. • Develops analytics to identify trend lines across multiple data sources reputed company CPD. • Examines and evaluate existing business practices and systems and reputed company recommendations in order to create greater efficiencies and streamline operations, while maintaining or increasing compliance rates. • Logs reputed company information into a web-based case management system. • Works cases and develops summaries of cases to be referred to an ERO officer/agent, ERO field offices or ICE headquarters offices for follow-up review and action. • Enters ECCO and agency reputed company information into the Tableau business intelligence and analytics database. • Understands and use predictive analysis and tools to forecast, reputed company business analytics (including an enhanced ability to quantify and qualify data) and conduct operational research to identify and recommend reputed company or near-reputed company solutions to reputed company challenges.
