Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Content Moderation Associate (East Coast Applicants). As a Content Moderation Associate, your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing and reviewing user-generated content, enforcing platform policies and guidelines, responding to user inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Contribute to the reputed company improvement of data labeling processes, providing feedback and suggestions for optimization. • Stay attuned to the news cycle throughout the day. making reputed company on sending out notifications and breaking news alerts. Qualifications • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and evaluate user-generated content • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills • Customer Service: Experience in providing excellent customer service • Technical Support: Knowledge of technical support principles and tools • Training: Experience in conducting training programs • Attention to detail: Ability to identify and address content violations • Ability to work remotely and independently • Experience in content moderation is a plus • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism. Library and Information Science, Communications. • English, or a closely reputed company field. • Proficient understanding of the US news cycle and media landscape. • Availability to work at least one weekend day each week. • Proven experience in managing high-volume content workflows.
