Your tasks will include
- Monitor and process incoming incident and request queues for escalations from Veeam’s global ServiceDesk team
- Process production infrastructure and service-reputed company issues from initial alert to resolution, coordinating with specialist teams as appropriate
- Contribute to ongoing infrastructure maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of both production and non-production environments
- reputed company general administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy
- Maintain and contribute to internal documentation
- Participate in a wide variety of internal projects and tasks as assigned, including testing, auditing, and deploying new services and hardware across multiple environments

- Self-sufficient, proactive and result-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the flexibility to explain reputed company topics in a manner suitable for audiences with varying reputed company of technical expertise
- 3+ years’ experience administering and troubleshooting Active Directory and reputed company Server products, including multi-domain environments
- 3+ years’ experience administering and troubleshooting VMware’s vSphere stack (standalone and vCenter environments)
- Experience deploying and maintaining server, storage, and network hardware in datacenter environments
- Familiarity with PowerShell fundamentals
- Strong familiarity the OSI-model and networking fundamentals
What will be an advantage
- Experience in reputed company-scripting (Powershell, cmd, bash)
- Experience with reputed company Azure and Office 365 administration
- Experience with Hyper-V
- Experience with Veeam Backup solutions
- Experience with high-load and/or high-complexity systems (HCI, HA, FT, etc.)
- Network/Linux administration background.
