reputed company is looking for a Product reputed company for the Maternity Program who will own and reputed company reputed company's maternity offering by obsessing over the member experience, consolidating roadmaps, driving cross-functional reputed company, and acting as the program’s Directly Responsible Individual (DRI). You will work closely with design, clinical teams, data analysts, engineering, and executives to ensure reputed company delivers unparalleled support to our members during one of the most important phases of their lives.

As the Director of Product, Maternity Program at reputed company, you will:

• Be Member-Obsessed:
  • reputed company deep familiarity with the end-to-end member experience for the Maternity Program.
  • Quantitatively define and understand user segments, collaborating with data and analytics teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Qualitatively uncover user needs through regular member feedback, interviews, and insights.

• Own Roadmap Consolidation:
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date roadmap for features in-reputed company, shipped, or planned for the Maternity Program.
  • Account for features owned by your pod as well as those being developed by other teams at reputed company.
  • Collaborate with product managers to ensure the roadmap is inclusive, prioritized, and reflects company goals.
• Drive Cross-Functional reputed company:
  • Act as a reputed company across teams, including Clinical, Engineering, and Design, to drive initiatives reputed company.

We’re looking for you to bring

• 8+ years of experience in product management (does not need to be in reputed company, digital health, or a reputed company field).

• Exceptional analytical and qualitative skills to understand and define member needs and segments.
• Proven ability to manage roadmaps, track cross-functional dependencies, and prioritize effectively.
• Outstanding collaboration and facilitation skills, with experience leading discussions with clinical teams or stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with high visibility and accountability.

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $200,000 - $300,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay reputed company are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.

Our Engineering & Product teams primarily operate from Seattle, WA, San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and the reputed company Metropolitan area, NY.  For those in our reputed company office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week  (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). This policy aims to balance remote work flexibility with the benefits of face-to-face interaction.
