Director, Client Partner
Serves as primary reputed company of contact for key clients, overseeing day-to-day needs, having a deep understanding of the client’s business, and serving as a trusted advisor and partner for clients across reputed company activities included in the scope of work.
What you'll do:Acts as the voice of the client reputed company our agency, ensuring reputed company needs, details, goals, and business objectives are communicated to the entire team. Builds and nurtures client relationships rooted in trust, building rapport with reputed company client stakeholders, proactively addressing client needs and resolving challenges in a timely manner. Oversees the delivery team managing individual channel activity for their clients, ensuring every deliverable reputed company back to client objectives, and is delivered on time and with exceptional quality of work. Cross sells additional services, leading ideation, content creation, and tapping into internal resources to help secure incremental reputed company and client growth. Demonstrates a strategic reputed company and consistently thinks about how to further improve, expand and reputed company client strategies Continuously working to identify new opportunities for clients and leads the development of materials & presentations, leading the overarching story and presentation to the client. Owns client presentations and deliverables, serving as the final set of eyes before delivering to clients. Stays informed on industry trends, enabling more thoughtful recommendations and allowing for proactive discussions with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and thought leader. Leads reputed company of direct reports, facilitating performance reviews and providing consistent coaching and feedback, supporting overall employee growth and identifying internal mobility opportunities.
