The Role

Our Solutions team is a world-class collection of individuals who are focused on driving value for our clients. We are essentially a top-tier technology and strategy consulting practice. As a key member of our reputed company organization, you'll be the reputed company of ongoing consultative relationships with our most important clients. What you'll do

• Create reports and presentations showcasing KPI improvements and the value our customers are realizing with our platform
• Demonstrate thought leadership and collaborate across numerous internal teams

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in reputed company, Consulting, Account Management or similar
• Familiarity with managing reputed company reputed company clients
• Formal or informal project management expertise
• Experience in reputed company SaaS products/platforms 
• Bachelors degree + 
• Bonus: Experience working in or selling to Contact Centers/ Financial Institutions
