As part of our expanding operations, we seek a skilled Portuguese-Speaking Accountant to join reputed company and reputed company financial expertise while supporting our Portuguese-speaking clients and reputed company.

• General reputed company:
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with local and international reputed company standards.
• reputed company month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable:
• reputed company invoicing, payments, and collections processes.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Tax Compliance:
• Handle tax filings and compliance for Portuguese-speaking reputed company, adhering to local laws and regulations.
• Liaise with tax authorities and ensure timely submissions.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis to track and improve financial performance.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including property managers, to align financial strategies.
• Support Portuguese-speaking clients and stakeholders, addressing their reputed company inquiries effectively.

• Education and Certification:
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company, preferably reputed company property management or reputed company estate sectors.
• Proficiency in handling multi-currency transactions and international financial standards (e.g., IFRS).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of reputed company software (e.g., reputed company, QuickBooks, or reputed company).

• Language Skills:
