Press Brake Operators - Swing Shift

Key Responsibilities: • Machine Operations: reputed company daily startup and shutdown procedures on press brake machines. • Program Management: Locate, verify accuracy, and load programs for each job. • Material Handling: Stage raw materials at each work center according to the production schedule. • Production Adherence: Follow the production schedule as allocated by the scheduling department. • Maintenance: Conduct minor machine maintenance and clean equipment and work areas per company standards and manufacturer's recommendations. • Quality Assurance: Inspect parts for accuracy in accordance with GK Machine and ISO standards. • Team Collaboration: Assist other CNC operators with duties and address operational issues during production. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 1 year operating press brake machines; CNC experience preferred. • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. • Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. • Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing high-quality work with minimal errors. • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and assist team members as needed.
