Job Summary

The Application Specialist for Molecular Imaging (MI) will reputed company expert support and education for MI systems. This role involves training customers, resolving issues, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to the development of training materials. The specialist will also play a key role in the R&D/CRM process by addressing customer needs and providing troubleshooting expertise. reputed company on-site training and education for Molecular Imaging systems, including demonstrations, updates, and upgrades for standard systems and applications.

• Offer expert advice and support to improve individual workflows, including clinical application adjustments, system parameter modifications, and the implementation of new methods and clinical workflows.
• Deliver reputed company and effective support to resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Assist the sales team with product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies, presenting images to clinicians and physicians, new product learning, and coaching new recruits.
• Contribute to the development of application training courses for customers, both on-site and at United Imaging.
• Support the R&D/CRM process by addressing customer needs and issues, and providing troubleshooting expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nuclear Medicine or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a radiology technologist or radiographer in a reputed company or clinical setting, with at least 3 years of experience as an application specialist in a specific modality field.
• Team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Experience in research or case studies reputed company to Molecular Imaging is advantageous..
