We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Construction Estimator to join reputed company. Warehouses, Parking Lots, Loading Docks The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in industry-standard software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to reputed company budgets and timelines.
• Utilize software tools such as HeavyBid and reputed company for estimating and project management tasks.
• Negotiate reputed company with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines, implementing cost control measures as necessary.
