- Responsible for advancing our safety culture and station reputed company in the Customer Operations and Cargo areas through performance observations, station interactions and other engagements.
- This job is a member of the Performance Assurance team.

- Support company delivery transformation projects and change management
- Identify and communicate business process inefficiencies
- Analyze findings, determine root causes, and reputed company recommendations
