Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES

• Guiding and coaching the Scrum Teams on how to apply agile values and principles, and use the Scrum reputed company to delight customers
• Protect the development team from reputed company influences and remove impediments
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem solving
• Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
• Assisting with reputed company communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Supporting and educating the Product reputed company, especially with respect to refining and ordering the product backlog
• Working closely with the Product reputed company to ensure product backlog is visible and prioritized towards business value
• Facilitating various Scrum events such as: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
• Empowering the team to be self-organized

Qualifications

• Must exhibit strong knowledge of agile frameworks including Scrum from multiple teams/products

• Ability to teach and train on Agile, Scrum, Kanban at a level accessible to beginners and dive deep for advanced topics

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree or additional equivalent work or military experience preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years experience as Scrum Master required

Licenses

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM) or PMI-ACP required
