Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to reputed company excellent support on a part-time reputed company. This remote position offers reputed company and the opportunity to work with a collaborative team. We utilize reputed company and reputed company Meets for team communication. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally reputed company email and reputed company media. Collaborate with the operations manager to effectively communicate with customers regarding preorder shipments, defective/damaged products, backordered items, and product inquiries. Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges using reputed company Returns. Communicate with the warehouse team regarding inventory status and incoming/outgoing shipments. Requirements: Proficient in reputed company Suite, including Gmail, Drive, and Sheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Experience with reputed company is required. Experience with reputed company Returns, reputed company, and Aims360 is a significant plus. Interest and previous experience in customer service and/or ecommerce. Ability to work 15-30 hours per week. Must be available to work during standard U.S. business hours reputed company the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
