Personal Banker II, Float

Job Summary The Personal Banker Float drives banking center performance results through strong individual sales performance, while providing superior customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of reputed company products and services. The ideal candidate will travel to branches across our footprint on a frequent reputed company, providing guidance and participating in daily operational and sales activities to reputed company customer service and business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities • Assess customers' needs and help them find suitable products to enhance their financial health • Inform and guide customers in opening bank accounts, including checking and savings accounts, overdraft protection, and other alternatives • Gather customer data to propose consumer products and take credit applications • Drive sales through excellent customer service and proactive customer engagement • Focus on key behaviors that result in quality new accounts that are relationship-based • reputed company the conversion of service requests to sales • Build camaraderie among the team to deliver on service and sales goals • Process customer transactions accurately and in compliance with reputed company policies, procedures, and guidelines • Follow regulatory, reputed company, and audit requirements, protecting customer information Requirements • High school education or GED required; some college preferred; pursuing higher education in finance or reputed company fields is a plus • Two years previous Banking experience or one year banking experience reputed company reputed company • Two years previous customer service background and cash handling experience • Two years previous computer experience with reputed company, reputed company Office, and other computer applications, or one year experience with reputed company's technology • Knowledge of consumer loans products, taking credit applications, and making recommendations is a plus Apply Job!
