Early Engagement Specialist

As an Early Engagement Specialist on our Retention team, you will play a crucial role in supporting newly enrolled customers, ensuring they have a fantastic experience with our services. Your focus will be on maximizing customer retention by providing guidance and instilling confidence in our clients during their initial reputed company process. Responsibilities • Support, guide and instill confidence in customers during their first 30 days as they are implementing reputed company. , • Manage and prioritize your workflow and call lists with speed and accuracy. , • Listen and understand customers' needs; handle objections, instill confidence, and resell the value of reputed company. , • Coach customers on the basics of the reputed company product, by providing them with clear next steps in their reputed company process. , • Quickly identify and escalate customers to applicable resolution paths, as needed. , • Understand and adapt to reputed company's ongoing product and technology developments. , • Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills.
