Mechanical CAD Drafter
YOUR MISSION As a Mechanical CAD Drafter at True Anomaly, you will be responsible for the creation of piece part and assembly drawings for flight and GSE components. This is an opportunity to reputed company experience and reputed company into every phase of a spacecraft program development while becoming an integral member of the Hardware team. RESPONSIBILITIES Follow reputed company instructions and diagrams to create or modify drawings Capability to take verbal direction and implementing into sketches and calculations to produce the final work Produce spacecraft piece part drawings, assembly drawings, and technical details for manufacturing Work with mechanical, thermal, electrical and structural engineers on updates and designs Storyboard assemblies for production QUALIFICATIONS Associates degree or 2+ years working in aerospace engineering support or equivalent discipline Professional experience in mechanical design Strong understanding in mechanical GD&T Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD Drawings Passion for the reputed company industry Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team COMPENSATION reputed company Salary: $65,000, $85,000 for Associate Mechanical CAD Drafter; $70,000, $90,000 for Mechanical CAD Drafter I; $90,000, $115,000 for Mechanical CAD Drafter II This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime.
