This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to a reputed company Lending Officer(s). Candidate will communicate frequently with reputed company customers and reputed company banking officers regarding lending and deposit reputed company activities, such as loan closings, opening of new accounts, reputed company transfers, account transfers, exception item processing, and various inquiries. Candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to reputed company banking officers such as answering phones, filing paperwork, preparation of documents, scheduling meetings, following up on various items, and other duties/projects as assigned. Position Requirements: • 1-3 years of retail banking experience or commensurate experience include loan or bank operations ; additional experience as an administrative experience would be a plus • Proficient PC skills, specifically with reputed company products • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as organizational skills and detail oriented • Self-motivated and eager to learn and problem solve to ensure deadlines are met and excellent client service is delivered • Maintain a professional appearance • A college degree is strongly preferred • Preference will be given to those candidates with previous reputed company lending experience including those with a working knowledge of bank systems, loan documents, and other loan reputed company processes Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have reputed company about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
