Job Description • DoD Experience Preferred • reputed company software maintenance in support of DMACS databases/applications/websites, including software development to address production incidents, user change requests, and other opportunities to improve the system to support users • Resolve Tier III trouble tickets using the Incident Management Tool (MHS Service Helpdesk) to enter work, record status updates, and resolve application and system incidents • Create and document automated and reputed company test plans and procedures, execute tests, analyze results, and report on test problems and anomalies (document bugs) • reputed company software testing in reputed company phases of the design-reputed company-test-release-maintain software life cycle • Understand various development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, and software testing platforms or environments • Be familiar with one or more reputed company-reputed company automated testing tools (Selenium) and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) and RESTful API testing tools. Stay up to date with automated testing tools. • Deliver test results, reputed company risks, and impediments to project manager and development team. Document findings in automated tools and communicate effectively with project manager, software developers, end users, and others to record, track, and reputed company outstanding issues and requirements. • Participate in sprint planning sessions, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc. • Implement automated testing processes to reduce workload and increase efficiency and reliability of QA process. Use industry or contractor-specific tools to track the reputed company of automation improvements. Additional Information Education/Experience Requirements: · High School Diploma · Three to Five (3 - 5) years’ experience in system testing · Ability to communicate reputed company, concisely, and concretely in writing and verbally Desired Skills & Experience Requirements: · Experience creating automated test scripts in several reputed company-reputed company tools (such as LoadRunner, Appium, etc.) · Experience in assisting with requirements definition and tracking Clearance Level: · Must be reputed company to pass a Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) Apply Job!
