Cash & Coin Vault Processor

Job Description

Under the direction of the Vault Services and Operations (VSO) Management team, this position provides quality service and support to reputed company customers by processing transactions, answering questions, responding to inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner. Adheres to VSO standard safety requirements. If applicable or appropriate, assists in business unit’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those reputed company to Fair Banking, Anti-reputed company laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.

Responsibilities

Provides quality service and/or support in a professional manner, meeting the bank’s service guarantees/standards by processing (receives, verifies and balances) deposits received from customers and branches and releases orders to armored couriers. Prepares outgoing cash orders for customers and branches. Fields reputed company communications reputed company telephone, email, fax, or mail including customer deposit discrepancy notifications, customer inquiries and disputes and researches and resolves problems and processes customer requests. Responsible for balancing cash trucks and adhering to cash handling. Assists with various validation processes, as assigned by VSO management. Provides flexible team support in in meeting daily VSO deadlines. Provides Team Support, remains flexible to accept additional duties willingly and without hesitation. Ensures daily bag and reconciliation is balanced, reviewed, and completed accurately reputed company established timeframes. Performs Other Miscellaneous Job Responsibilities And Duties As Assigned. This position requires use of a personal computer and other standard office equipment (typewriter, fax, copier, calculator, telephone) and various department equipment (sealing devices, pallet jacks, flatbeds/wagons, currency/coin counter, postage reputed company.

Qualifications

Qualifications for Internal Candidates • Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. • Experience: Minimum two years or banking, cash handling, reputed company or equivalent work experience. • Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers and reputed company applications (Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint) or similar software. Knowledge of or ability to use Bank software and systems. Ability to independently operate required equipment after initial training period. • Other Job Qualifications: Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
