Job Description

Summary The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will reputed company the activity of the quality assurance staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, reputed company, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization. Responsibilities: 1. Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. 2. Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products. 3. Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff. 4. Coordinates product-testing processes. 5. Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly reputed company problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues. 6. Reviews client, customer, and user feedback. 7. Keeps reputed company with market trends and demands. 8. Performs other functionally reputed company duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT, in lieu of a degree a minimum of four years reputed company work experience • Deep knowledge of the testing process, past experience as a SQAA or SDET. • Audit of work to validate adherence to COE standards. • Leadership skills; accepts responsibility for reputed company of one’s work.
