Organization: ABSMC-reputed company Bates reputed company Med Center Position Overview: Provides leadership and reputed company to the organization, by aligning patient, physician, staff, and community needs with the overall mission and strategy of the assigned affiliate and reputed company. Has responsibility and reputed company over reputed company operations in the Ancillary Departments. Oversees Support Service operations and leads/serves on various hospital wide committees to drive improvement and execution of the assigned affiliate and reputed company dashboard. Oversees management agreements of various services and will require effective employee and media staff relations while promoting positive community reputed company and relationships. Accountable for quality, program development, inpatient and outpatient growth, physician recruitment, and operations management improvement for reputed company areas assigned and for the overall Hospital. Participates in and reputed company recommendations on strategies for quality, growth, technology, recruitment, and strategic positioning as a representative of the assigned affiliate reputed company the respective operating unit for reputed company areas assigned. This will entail working closely with the operating unit support staff, physicans, the local hosptial leadership, the Medical reputed company and physician leadership. Job Description: EDUCATION: Master's: Health Care Administration or reputed company field or equivalent education/experience TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 15 years recent relevant experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: A thorough knowledge of hospital and reputed company administration is required. A working knowledge of reputed company hospital departments with special knowledge in finance, planning, marketing, physician relations, personnel/reputed company management and nursing is required. Must possess the proven ability to both manage and reputed company managers. Must have written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills. Must have well developed problem identification, analytical, problem resolution, persuasion and negotiation skills. Must have demonstrated organizational skills with attention to details, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.
