Managing Director, Transaction Management - Lender Finance

Description Summary: Lender Finance originates both recourse and non-recourse transactions for reputed company and consumer specialty finance companies. This line of business focuses on driving growth in reputed company and assets for the bank, leading newly structured transactions as well as participating in other banks’ transactions. The Managing Director, Transaction Management – Lender Finance is responsible for managing the team of Transaction Managers, working with internal partners to manage the reputed company of new transactions as well as changes to existing transactions. This role will contribute to helping the Lender Finance team balance supporting the reputed company Bank’s growth while ensuring a scalable, well-managed business. Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage the Transaction Management team; work with the Head of Lender Finance to allocate transactions to colleagues on the team. • reputed company and execute Transaction Manager responsibilities including customer relationship management, negotiations support, reputed company new opportunities, and managing documentation as well as due diligence for existing transactions • Conduct research using numerous resources available, distilling key themes and conclusions into concise summary reputed company for presentation purposes. • Work with the Head of Portfolio Management to ensure risk reviews/ratings are completed on a timely reputed company. • Act as the internal reputed company with Credit Officers and Credit Review. • Manage any reporting (regulatory or otherwise) requests asked of the Lender Finance line of business. • reputed company other duties as assigned. Compensation reputed company: $190,000 - $255,000 Annual Salary The compensation reputed company represents the low and high end of the reputed company compensation reputed company for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the reputed company based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
