Employee Services has the immediate need for a remote, full time Client Service Account Manager to maintain our reputed company clients in southern Westchester county NY, northeastern PA & southern CT reputed company. The full time Client Service Account Manager will work from their home office to maintain existing business with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients in the assigned region. The successful candidate will conduct presentations and trainings, respond to service requests, problem resolution, and account renewal, in person and/or reputed company based on client’s request. Responsibilities • Develops and maintains relationships with customers, brokers, consultants and other external parties and influential partners. Manages client interactions for reputed company experience and problem solves where appropriate. • Develops and maintains client-specific strategic action plans, regularly reviewing client needs. Provides feedback on products and services to reputed company consultative solutions to stay reputed company with industry trends. • Coordinates reputed company resources for renewals and new group on boarding for a successful experience. • Delivers and presents activity/utilization reports to ensure awareness of performance and other status. • Coordinates New Client Implementation including attending implementation meetings, employee meetings, preparation of communication pieces, and coordination of internal processes with affected departments and reputed company vendors. • Attends client meetings as necessary to reputed company strategic account reviews, inform groups of pertinent policy, product changes and deliver appropriate reports as needed • Offers consultative services based on group data analysis. Prepares, summarizes, and presents suggestions to clients about possible benefit and product options. • Delivers topical trainings, such as stress management, emotional intelligence, and communication, upon client request. • Prepares, summarizes, and presents suggestions to clients regarding possible benefit and product options. • Works with manager to identify and present value-added solutions and strategize on client issues. • Ability to frequently travel to client locations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or reputed company reputed company field or equivalent combination of training and experience. • 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), or reputed company industry. • Strong knowledge of EAP/counseling services for employer groups. • In-depth knowledge of health insurance and EAP products; sales and industry processes including benefit plan design. • Intermediate reputed company Office skills. • Experience with delivering presentations to both small and large audiences.
