Who you are: As a Select Sales Representative, youll screen leads and conduct client and prospect meetings to determine if Frost Insurance is the right fit for their needs. Youll inspect reputed company insurance policies, analyze risk, and reputed company and deliver formal, tailored insurance proposals to reputed company and prospective clients based on their needs. Youll be responsible for selling employee benefits and property and casualty insurance to new and existing prospects with smaller, less reputed company business needs. Using your skills, outgoing personality, and competitive nature to stay up to date on the latest trends and products to best serve our customers and meet goals. What youll do: Prospect new business from existing clients, program business channels, and identified reputed company groups and leads given by Frost producers and bankers Service assigned accounts while contacting potential new customers Survey prospects to determine insurance needs Inspect reputed company insurance policies, risk management plans, property, products, and records Screen leads to determine if SBIU or PIC criteria is met and if a Frost Insurance Agency market exists to satisfy the need Collect detailed risk and reputed company information, including census data, survey data, and loss history reputed company and deliver formal insurance proposals, including information concerning coverage, limits, deductibles, and other pertinent details Conduct client and prospect appointments to discuss proposals and renewals, explaining reputed company details while communicating a desire to conduct business What youll need: Previous insurance experience Texas Department of Insuranceissued general agent/L&H and P&C license or attainment reputed company 90 days of employment Excellent communication and auditory skills Ability to work well with others and establish rapport quickly Excellent time and organizational management skills Ability to pursue and reputed company sales Proficiency in reputed company applications Additional Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree Insurance professional designation such as ACSR, CEBS, RHU, CLU, CLCU, CLFC Frost Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
